Warranty Registration & Lookup
Register Your Unit. Check Your Coverage. No Phone Call Required.
We get a lot of calls asking the same two questions: how do I register my new unit, and is my equipment still under warranty? This page answers both — without you having to wait on hold.
If you're not sure which brand you have or can't locate your model and serial number, call us directly at (409) 201-5573 and we'll help you find it.
Register Your HVAC Equipment
If All Seasons A/C recently installed your system, registering your equipment activates your full extended manufacturer warranty. As an authorized Goodman and ICP dealer, installations completed by our team are eligible for extended warranty coverage — but registration is required to activate it.
What you'll need:
Equipment model number
Equipment serial number
Installation date
Your name and contact information
Why registration matters
An unregistered unit typically receives a standard base warranty — shorter and less comprehensive than the extended warranty available through authorized dealer installation. Registering your equipment protects your investment and ensures you have full coverage if something goes wrong.

GOODMAN — Register Your Unit
Goodman is one of our primary authorized dealer brands. Register your Goodman system to activate extended warranty coverage.
INTERTHERM — Register Your Unit
Intertherm systems are common in manufactured homes across Southeast Texas. Register your Intertherm unit here.
ICP / SMART COMFORT — Register Your Unit
ICP and Smart Comfort systems — register your equipment here.
ASPEN — Register Your Unit
Register your Aspen HVAC equipment here.
If you're not sure which brand you have or can't locate your model and serial number, call us directly at (409) 201-5573 and we'll help you find it.

Where to Find Your Model and Serial Number
You'll need both numbers to register your unit or verify warranty coverage. Here's where to look:
Package Unit (most manufactured homes)
The data plate is on the side panel of the outdoor cabinet — look for a silver or white label with a barcode, model number, and serial number printed on it.
Split System — Outdoor Condenser
Data plate is located on the side of the unit, near the refrigerant lines. It may be behind a removable panel on some models.
Split System — Indoor Air Handler
Data plate is inside the air handler door — open the front panel and look on the interior casing.
Can't find it?
Call us at (409) 201-5573 and we'll help you locate your model and serial number. If All Seasons A/C installed your system, we may have your equipment information on file.
What Does an HVAC Warranty Actually Cover?
Manufacturer Parts Warranty
Covers the cost of defective parts — compressors, coils, heat exchangers, and other components — for the duration of the warranty period. Does not cover labor.
Extended Warranty — Authorized Dealer Installation
When your system is installed by an authorized dealer like All Seasons A/C, you may be eligible for an extended parts warranty.
Labor Warranty
Separate from the manufacturer warranty. All Seasons A/C provides a labor warranty on installations — ask us directly for current terms at (409) 201-5573.
What warranties typically do not cover:
Normal wear and maintenance (dirty filters, coil cleaning)
Damage from improper installation by an unauthorized contractor
Damage from power surges, flooding, or acts of nature
Units that were not registered within the required timeframe after installation
